The Detroit Yacht Club has been the center of Detroit society since opening it's doors and continues a proud tradition and a strong commitment to excellence and quality service to members and their guests. The Club offers casual, fine dining, banquet and catering service opportunities. Menu and special events are expertly planned and executed.
A talented culinary staff is headed by Executive Chef David Douglas along with an outstanding team. Chef David's commitment to utilizing fresh ingredients, showcasing local, sustainable products has proven to keep him ahead of the trends in exceeding guest expectations. The creative menus and commitment to quality have distinguished Detroit Yacht Club over its’ long history of epicurean excellence since 1868.
With almost one hundred thousand square feet of historic grandeur, the Detroit Yacht Club can accommodate every member need from a business meeting, private celebration and special occasion to conference provisions and weddings. Non-members can also reserve space in these historic and grand facilities by contacting our Catering Department.
