Boating

The Detroit Yacht Club has been named by Hour Magazine one of the best places to dock your boat for two years in a row. Docks are located around our private island adjacent to Belle Isle in the Detroit River. The Club has 380 slips distributed among seven docks. Boating Members rent their slip for the year but "floaters" are also accommodated when the number of requests for dockage exceeds the number of slips available for annual rental. Dockage is also available for transient boaters from other yacht clubs.
