Rendezvous Reservation Policy
Members are HIGHLY encouraged to sign up for the events if interested. This will be a way to guarantee a direct line of communication via email as to event updates and information. Note that many rendezvous for 2024 will require members make reservations directly through the Michigan DNR reservation system (https://midnrreservations.com). Fleet Captain Ciupak will be attempting to setup 'blocks' for DYC 6 months ahead of time which will have an expiration date for DYC members to register. The major difference is as follows:
Members will NOT be committed to any event 3 weeks prior to the start date
Members will get an email confirmation email prior to 3 weeks out as a reminder to cancel if they cannot attend
If members fail to cancel 3 weeks prior to the event or do not show, a cancelation fee of $100 or event harbor stay fees (for non DNR reservations) will automatically be chitted to the member’s account
The only exception to the above is if waitlisted members can attend to fill spots
Please note all events are subject to change. Registration ensures you will get updates as they are announced.
